By accessing The Vendicate mobile application and authority ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations. These terms govern the high-authority bridge between elite service providers and industry Decision Makers. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Professional Eligibility
Use of the "Vendor" features within the Dominance Zone requires an active business entity. You represent that you hold all necessary professional licenses and insurance required for your specific trade. The Vendicate reserves the right to verify standing and/or suspend access to the ecosystem based on compliance documentation.
3. The AI Bid Perfector™
Our AI-driven tools are designed to assist in professional positioning. The Vendicate does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. All final bids, pricing, and contract terms are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in bids submitted to Decision Makers.
4. Membership & Access
The Vendicate does not sell leads; we sell Positioning and Access. Membership tiers are selected for use within the infrastructure. Membership represents the opportunity to secure a seat at the digital boardroom table. Subscription fees are real-money USD transactions, are non-refundable, and do not constitute a guarantee of a winning bid.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for conduct that is unprofessional, fraudulent, or in violation of regional protocols. Users may delete their accounts and associated data at any time by contacting our terminal at support@thevendicate.com.
